     CELIACS

Hj, I'm new to this site & did not see a forum for celiacs.  I have done a lot of experimenting with cooking for us & would be glad to share any tips that I have discovered as well as getting any tips from my fellow celiacs out there. Thats about it for starters, so lets talk !  OK?

     Re: CELIACS

Greetings. I am new new here and I saw the topic of Celiacs and thought I would read your post. I am not a celiac but my Dad is so I do know some about the disease.  I would imagine that eating healthy and having celiac can be challenging. My Dad has experimented alot. He even developed a flour that is a cup for cup exchange for those with Celiac/Gluten/Wheat intolerances. I was his test kitchen since I am a baker. So Maybe we could exchange tips.

     Re: CELIACS

My wife and both kids are celiacs, we've found that some stores like Co-ops and Whole Foods make it easy by clearly labeling which foods are Gluten free.  Still can't find a good pizza dough and somethings like hamburger buns are never as good as the regular versions.  There are lots of good brownie mixes that taste great.
