HI EVERYONE HOPE YOU'LL KEEPING UP WITH WHAT YOU STARTED. I HAVE A SUGGESTION THAT'S WORKING FOR ME. GETTING SOMEONE TO COMMITT IS HARD. I LIVE A NEIGHBORHOOD WHERE I CAN WALK OR RIDE MY BIKE. I STARTED OUT RIDING 2 ROUNDS I'M UP TO 4 ROUNDS NOW. THEN I WALK THE SAME ROUTE SAME AMOUNT OF TIMES WITH MY FAVORITE IPOD MUSIC. (GETTING MY SON OR BOYFRIEND TO BIKE & WALK WITH ME, WELL LET'S JUST SAY I'VE TOTALLY BANNED THEM.) WHEN I'M BIKING I CAN STAY MORE FOCUS ALONE LISTENING TO MY MUSIC. WHEN I WALK I WALK WITH MY DOGS, THEY LOVE IT! I WALK ONE 2 ROUNDS THEN PICK UP THE OTHER AND WALK 2 1/2 ROUNDS. (I CAN ONLY HANDLE WALKING ONE DOG AT A TIME) I TRY TO BIKE AND WALK AROUND THE SAME TIME EACH EVENING 7-7:30 PM.
WELL, KEEP UP THE NEW ATTITUDE! AND MOST OF ALL LEAVE THE DISTRACTIONS BEHIND!
