     Gluten Free Foods

    I am a person who has a problem with milk I am told  I can't eat this and I can't eat that. if I can't eat cereal or  toast  why don't they tell us what we can eat for Breakfast instead of No you Can't

    very unhappy in Canada

    I'm not sure who 'they' are? Your Dr.? With a little research at About.com. You should be able to find more health info regarding 'gluten' at this site too http://www.glutenfree.com/. I'd find another Dr. if your's isn't giving you the support & info you need.
