In home made wholemeal bread-this way I can add all the fibre and nuts and fruit needed daily.It really works and I never have any bowel problems since I used this recipe(An old Irish one)
In whole wheat foods, and if that isn't enough I get mine from all natural Fiber like: Metamucil whenever necesary. A person can take it up to 3 X per day as needed. It is found over the counter.
