I have 5 months until my cruise and I need to lose at least 2 pounds a week and I would like to see if someone has any tips on exercises to do and not a meal plan to follow but some health dishes to make. I am a Life Time Member of W.W. but I have no time for the meetings. I want to thank everyone ahead of time for your help.

Cut out all sodas, eat at the same time everyday(small portions) you must eat three snacks a day.Walk,walk,walk! If it's raining Dance. good Luck.Let me know how it's going
