Hey Jennifer, I saw that show to, and a lot of the things that were mentione I was gald to see I was already trying. Like not eating before going to bed, (that used to be my big thing). Also drinking more water. It keeps you full. I am also learning to eat slower. When I eat fast (like I used to) you dont give your food time to reach your stomach so you keep eating. Then you're stuffed.
But as for the stares you get from people, ignore them. You can't allow someone else's opinion of you, define your opioion of yourself. So what you may be a size larger than them, but what do they feel like in side. I have a friend that used to tip the scales at 245 and was unhappy. She had the Gastric surgery done and is now a size 4. But has her opioion of her self changed, NO. She is still unhappy, and looking for approval from others. Honestly she is beautiful. But she was beautiful when she was 245. It has to come from inside.
You have a man that loves you, embrace that and him, and keep focus on your goal.
